Hey Ya'll!

I'm McKenzie, your local small town hell raising girl turned SAHM/photographer.

Being born and raised in Southern Indiana has been nothing short of a great life. This place has a way about it that pulls you in and doesn't let go; Home. I presume most small town valleys have the same romanticism.

I'm the girl that has her light on too late because fire ignites me when the sky goes dark and the moon shines.

Poetry, music that fills your soul, family&friends, dark strong coffee, true crime, fast cars and late night deep conversations are what I cherish most.

Throw in a Busch latte and i'll ask you if I can hang out of the sunroof with my hands in the air screaming Whiskey Myers. OK, I may have left that part of me behind since becoming a fiancé and mother but, don't think I don't reminisce every once in a while!

Being in-front of the camera as a model for my mother and uncle while they ventured their way through the photography world in the mid 90's was where it all started. Growing up my Saturdays were spent tagging along to all their photoshoots and when they wanted to try something new, I was their guinea pig.

Now my son is the center to all my photos and I know exactly how my momma felt all those years ago.

Capturing a feeling or emotion, leaving a physical remembrance of your presence here on earth is priceless. I hope to bring a part of you to life and encapsulate a moment in time where you were blooming.
